    The summer season lasts from July through August. Summer usually provides low humidity, warm temperatures and daylight that lasts until 11:00 PM in the missdle of the summer. Avergae temperatures are 70 degrees F with night time lows around 45 degrees F. Like the winter season, Banff offers a spectacular setting for summer activities and recreation. Among them are: carriage rides, fishing, golfing, tennis, scuba diving, boat tours, horseback riding, biking, hiking, camping, swimming, whitewater rafting and float trips, sightseeing by plane and helicopter.
